Our hosting packages allow you to host more that one domain name on the same package. Eg you can host two domains truehost.top and truehost.xyz on the same package. The additional domain hosted inside another domains hosting package is called Addon Domain. To create an addon domain in cPanel, follow the steps below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Login to cPanel.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.Scroll down to Addon Domains<\/strong> under Domains<\/strong> section<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Click Addon Domains <\/strong>and fill in the space labelled New Domain Name<\/strong>. Other spaces will autofill<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.Click Add Domain<\/strong> and allow 1 minute for the domain to be added. Do not interupt the browser tab while adding the addon until it finishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Troubleshooting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When adding the addon, you may encounter some errors below. Please check the table below for some errors and their possible solutions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your addon domain limit of xx addon domains has been reached.<\/td>This means you have added maximum domains allowd for your package. You will need to remove some unused addons or upgrade the package<\/td><\/tr>
sorry the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server<\/td>This means your domain name servers are pointing to another host. To successfully add the domain as addon, change the name servers to Truehost’s and allow some time for propagation then retry.<\/td><\/tr>
Sorry domain name does not appear to be registered<\/td>This means the domain you are trying to add is not active. To fix, confirm if the domain is registered already, if you are misspelling it or if the domain is on serverHold status – in which case contact support<\/td><\/tr>
A dns entry for the domain already exists<\/td>This means the domain is an addon on another account on the same server or it was partially removed. To fix, contact support.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
